Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings & Appointments

When you book an appointment with Laima Massage, your booking is automatically confirmed. Please make sure the date, time and service you've selected are correct before completing your booking.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid disrupting other bookings, and the full price will still apply.

2. Consultation Forms

Some services require you to complete a consultation form before your appointment. This helps me ensure the treatment is safe and suitable for you.

Please complete any required forms honestly and in full. If a consultation form has not been completed before your appointment, I may not be able to carry out the treatment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows without any notice, may result in a cancellation fee or affect your ability to book future appointments.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed. Please confirm your preferred payment method if you are unsure.

All prices are in GBP (£) and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of the services provided, refunds are not offered once a treatment has been completed.

If you have any concerns about a treatment, please let me know as soon as possible so I can try to resolve the issue.

6. Your Responsibilities

Please let me know about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries or other health concerns that may affect your treatment, both before and during your appointment.

If you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment. This is for your safety and mine.

7. My Responsibilities

I will always do my best to provide a professional, safe and high-quality service. If for any reason I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time.

I reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment if I believe it would be unsafe or inappropriate to continue.

8. Privacy & Your Data

Any personal information you provide is used only for the purpose of managing your bookings and appointments.

I will not share your information with third parties unless required by law. Your data is stored securely and handled in accordance with UK data protection regulations (UK GDPR).

9. Liability

While I take every care to provide safe treatments, I cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions or effects that may occur, provided the treatment was carried out professionally and in line with information you provided.

It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant health information. Failure to do so may affect the safety of your treatment and limits my liability.

10. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply to bookings made after the update. The latest version will always be available when you book.
